At SSP Seals, we work with marine engineers to develop sealing products that can be used in almost every application area. All our sealing products can be manufactured using a variety of high grade materials including silicone, EPDM, nitrile, fluorocarbon, UHMW, urethane, and PTFE.
One immense advantage is that all our sealing products are manufactured using CNC and lathe milling. As well as water cutting machines. This allows us to maintain control on the manufacturing process while creating the product to the client’s specifications.
For custom seals and parts, our products are designed using over 100 preprogrammed profiles. This gives us the freedom to change specifications such as radius, diameter, length, grooves, etc. to suit your requirements. If your designers have already come up with a basic drawing of the product, we can manufacture the product based on your specifications. We can even manufacture obsolete seals and parts that are no longer available in the mainstream market.
